Public cloud use rises, while OpenStack takes private cloud market

In the cloud service arena there are a few key players, where Amazon dominates the public cloud use arena, while VMware seems to hold the lead on the private side, meanwhile seemingly losing ground to OpenStack, a far more popular cloud service with small businesses. In this podcast, hosted by the nationally known cloud expert, David Linthicum, Casey Benko, cloud service platform expert, discusses the results of a study by RightScale, which examines trends in cloud use both on the public and private side.

Additionally, David and Casey also discuss what the survey says about DevOps and what consumers should do, given that Canonical is shutting down its cloud storage.
